About Cheryl

Cheryl is a Leadership Development Consultant, Facilitator and Executive and Life Coach.

She was a Senior Consultant at ROHEI Consulting, one of Singapore’s most reputable learning and consulting practices. She designed and delivered leadership development, personal effectiveness and relational skills programmes to >750 clients, and remains a trusted executive leadership and group coach to C-suites, senior leadership teams and managers.

Previous to that, Cheryl was the Global Learning and Development Manager at Grab, leading company-wide initiatives in developing people managers and healthy teams through strategising, designing and planning their developmental journeys in the company. She was also the first dedicated Internal Communications hire for Grab, leading and establishing the internal communications function, infrastructure, advisory and processes across multiple countries and teams, as well as providing strategic communications guidance for senior executives, delivering critical organisation-wide messages to ensure clarity and alignment across the entire company.

She has held multiple senior leadership-facing and client-facing roles in Strategy, Business Development and Internal Communications in the Singapore Government, Grab and ROHEI.

Her purpose is at the intersection of personal growth, leadership development and creativity. She hopes to help others sharpen their life’s direction and become better leaders of themselves and others through writing, coaching and mentoring.

Cheryl has graphic recorded at a number of international conferences, led a Graphic Recording workshop at TEDx Singapore 2019, and spoken on the future and landscape of Learning and Development at international panels. She was also a member of the improvisational theatre troupe, Modern Schemers. She is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard University.
